Lead Pastor: Jeff Gilkerson
Rev. Jeff Gilkerson has been Lead Pastor of the Grace Community Church since July 2019. He has previously pastored in Youngstown, OH and as an associate pastor in Westerville, OH. He grew up on the South Central Ohio District and attended several churches such as Northland and Shepherd. He is a Marine Corps veteran, serving from 1984-1990 (four years active, two years inactive), achieving the rank of Corporal and received an Honorable Discharge. He received a Certificate of Ministry Diploma from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2010 and was ordained on the East Ohio District in 2011. He and his wife Terri have three adult children, two sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law, and seven grandsons.
Worship Pastor: Abby Anderson
Pastor Abby has been the worship leader at Grace Community since June 2019. Prior to becoming pastor, she served in various volunteer capacities around Grace Community, including Youth Group Leader and Missions President. Pastor Abby grew up at Grace Community and attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Soon after graduating with a business degree, Pastor Abby felt the call to ministry on a mission trip in summer 2013. She received her first district license in 2020 and is continuing on the path toward ordination. Pastor Abby has a heart for seeing her community transformed by the love of Christ. In her free time, Pastor Abby likes to craft, build things, go kayaking, hiking, spend time with friends and family, watch rom-coms on TV, and spend time renovating and decorating her house.
